Flossie says
A wood-stove cabin on the edge of the Olympic Peninsula with the Pacific roaring just beyond the bluff — Roxy claimed the rug nearest the fire and held her position for the whole stay. The 'gourmet doggie biscuit' add-on was non-optional, obviously.

Good to know
- Cabins line the bluff above the Pacific in Olympic National Park; Delaware North operates the property as a concessioner.
- The 2016 stay was in a Kalaloch Cabin with two queen beds and a wood stove — quintessential Olympic Peninsula winter trip.
- 6-foot leash required at all times. Pets are allowed on the restaurant patio only — not inside the main lodge or Mercantile.
- Refuse bags provided at posts by the beach stairs and behind the Mercantile.
- Damage liability is open-ended (“liable for any damage or inconvenience”); no fixed damage deposit specified.
