Notes

• Dogs only — all sizes, no weight limit. Dogs must be mild-tempered, well domesticated, and free of vicious tendencies.
• Maximum 2 dogs per unit (Lodge, Trailhead, and Homes).
• $75/night non-refundable cleaning fee; additional cleaning beyond standard billed at $50/hr.
• Leash required at all times throughout the resort. Off-leash only at the on-property Dawson Dog Park (verbal control required there).
• Dogs may not be left unattended at any time — including outdoor spaces. Must be removed from room during housekeeping.
• Dogs not allowed on furniture. Alert housekeeping immediately of any mess inside the room.
• Vaccinations must be current; dogs must be tick- and flea-free at check-in.
• Dogs prohibited in: Food & Beverage outlets, Glade Spring Spa, The Inn, Swim & Fitness Center, Conference Center, Lodge Pool, and all commercial areas. Not permitted in the lobby/reception except during transit to/from the room.
• Dogs enter the Lodge via the pet entrance and must be cleaned before coming inside if wet or dirty.
• Wildlife hazards on and around property include skunks, coyotes, and cougars. Do not allow dogs to chase wildlife — violations reported to WA Dept of Fish and Wildlife ($500+ fine). Extra caution in spring/early summer (fawns, bear cubs).
• Private dog walking and in-room/in-home dog sitting available — book via [email protected], 48 hours notice required.
• Guests sign a pet responsibility document at check-in (downloadable in advance from the policy page).
• Owner is financially liable for any disturbance costs (e.g. barking complaints) and any property damage caused by their dog.
