- Pet fee is $70 CAD per night and non-refundable — meaningfully higher than most Vancouver Island pet-friendly properties.
- Strict one-dog limit per room with a 50-lb weight cap (the Marriott summary also lists a 25 kg figure, which is a loose conversion of the same limit).
- Two on-site restaurants and a full-service spa (Amatista Spa at Bear Mountain).
- Check-in 4:00 pm, check-out 11:00 am. Minimum check-in age is 19 (BC liquor-age standard).
